Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at thepatternroom.co (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by The Pattern Room, Inc. ("The Pattern Room," "we," "us," or "our"), a North Carolina corporation.
Products and Orders
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications at any time without prior notice.
Made to Order: Most furniture products are made to order and built after payment is received. Lead times vary by product and are communicated at the time of order. Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun.
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply to your purchase.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise arranged for trade program members. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
For furniture deliveries, the customer is responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and noting any damage on the delivery receipt. Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Decorative pillows: May be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a refund, less shipping costs.
Furniture: Because our furniture is made to order, we do not accept returns on custom-produced items. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
COM (Customer's Own Material): Items produced with customer-supplied fabric are non-refundable and non-returnable. We are not responsible for fabric defects in customer-supplied materials.
Trade Program
The Pattern Room trade program is available to qualified interior designers, architects, and retailers. Trade pricing and benefits are subject to change. We reserve the right to approve or deny trade program applications at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of The Pattern Room, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
- Scrape, collect, or harvest any data from the Site without permission
- Submit false or misleading information
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pattern Room, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product colors may vary slightly from images displayed on the Site due to monitor settings and the nature of handcrafted goods.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
